There are 12 Stage Powers
And 1320 ways to own a room
A Stage Power is an effortless way of being and communicating that was not taught but instead is an expression of your unique personality.
What if all you have to do is become yourself?
Think about all the feedback you have received about how you communicate. Too much. Too quiet. Too direct. Too emotional. Too structured. Too all over the place.
Someone will always think you need to be different in order to be better.
But what if that feedback was never about anything you needed to fix? What if it was just someone projecting their preferred style onto you?Stage Powers is a communication framework built on one idea. You do not need to become someone else to become a better speaker. You need to become more deliberately yourself.
Every person has 3 powers.
Your Core Power, the communication style that costs you nothing because it is simply who you are.
Your Learned Power, the one you developed to survive in the world you lived in.
Your Hidden Power, the power that resides in you but has never been claimed by you.
There are 12 Stage Powers in total.
This is the acknowledgement that you were always powerful. All you need is to understand and master your unique profile.
You don't need to become someone else to become a better speaker. You need to become more deliberately yourself.
The Comedian
Holds a room through humour and timing. Disarms tension, creates connection through laughter, and makes people listen by making them smile first.
The Storyteller
Thinks in narrative. Holds an audience by transporting them. Makes a point through experience, not explanation, and leaves people remembering how it felt.
The Energy Bomb
Walks in and changes the temperature of the room instantly. Energy is not something they turn on. It is their resting state, and it pulls audiences forward.
The People Magnet
Makes every person in the room feel personally seen. Their warmth is not performed. It is structural. The room follows them because they truly include it.
The Straight Shooter
Says exactly what they mean. No hedge, no qualifier, no apology. The directness reads as care, not bluntness, when it lands clean.
The Diplomat
Holds multiple perspectives at once. Finds the thread that connects opposing views. Builds bridges and brings people along without losing themselves.
The Teacher
Makes complex ideas land. Finds genuine joy in the moment of understanding in another person. Turns information into clarity through structure and patience.
The Imrovisor
Thrives in the unscripted. At their best when they cannot predict what comes next. Reads the room in real time and adjusts without losing their thread.
The Peaceful Panda
Commands attention through stillness. Their calm signals authority. The pause before they speak is louder than most people’s volume.
The Investigator
Listens deeper than most people speak. Asks the question everyone in the room wishes they had asked. Earns authority through genuine curiosity.
The Scholar
Speaks from depth. Connects ideas across domains in ways nobody else sees. Builds authority by knowing more than they say, and saying it with precision.
The Persuader
Activates and moves people. Has a natural feel for what an audience needs to hear before they can act. Genuine attunement that creates real movement, not pressure.
Stage Powers for teams
Most trainers will give everyone the same skills. We give everyone the right ones.
We follow 3 concrete steps in order to increase team communication, level up each person’s individual presentation skills and discover missing communication skills within the team.
Step 1. Discover
Every team member identifies their Stage Power profile by taking the test. Their profile consists of 3 powers.
Core power
Learned Power
Hidden Power
We create an overview of the team strengths. What is dominant? What is missing? Who is complementary to each other?
Step 2. Personalise
Each person follows their personal power track tailored to their specific powers.
Different team members work on different skills calibrated to who they are and where their potential lies.
Step 3. Master
Through real practice, real feedback and a community we turn their natural power into a deliberate repeatable skill.
This is where they become master presenters. Each in their own way!
These Stage Heroes are leaning into fully into their unique power!
