How does it work?

9 weeks with max 8 participants
I designed this course by combining all my favourite, most effective exercises and interventions. In 9 weeks, I will give you and 7 other participants my full dedication. When you sign up, you get instant access to the online learning platform, and we will plan our first 1:1 session right away. No time to waste!
Within the 9 weeks, you need to reserve time in your calendar besides the live sessions. The extra workload is an average of 30 – 60 minutes per day.
